The former sugar plantation consists of 2,200 acres of land, which had been owned by one family for over a century. It is an area of scenic beauty, fronting one and a half miles of sea, and having a wide variety of beautiful trees. Flint River, fed by springs from the mountains, runs through the plantation for some four miles.

Paradise Tryall’s private beach is a quarter-mile arc of shimmering white sand and turquoise water.
